I usually prefer very strong English or Irish style tea. This is light, but very flavorful and holds up to milk. I'm enjoying it, and would serve it to guests who like a lighter tea.

This is a perfect late afternoon tea, with just enough caffeine. It is very smooth and flavorful, but not too strong.
